Cancellationof order
- You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order No.#.
- A cancellation fee of Rs. 40 will be applicable on all orders.
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched.
- If a product colour is out of stock, we may offer you an alternative colour option in advance.
- Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund.
